Application
Excellent whitening on cellulosic fibre at cold-to-hot wash conditions, 20 °C and above.
Good fastness to chlorine bleaching when already present on the fibre. Small brightness reduction occurs in sodium hypochlorite solution (~500 ppm available chlorine); noticeable reduction at higher chlorine concentrations but no degradation products. Not recommended where free chlorine is present in solution (standard recommendation for all stilbene-triazine whiteners).
Suitable for all normal manufacturing methods (spray drying, spray blending, dry mixing). Method does not affect performance.
0.2% to 0.4%, depending on user requirements and local washing conditions.
Dilute solutions must not be exposed to natural light.
